Hello

My name is Sarah L Harris, I am the Head Coach and CEO here at BluePhoenix Alchemy. I started this company with the idea in mind that we can change the world by first changing ourselves (Alexa: Play "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson).

The idea that we must change ourselves first is not a new idea. It's practically as old as time itself. By learning the tools of Alchemy and applying them in my ilfe I have become a master at changing myself internally. My emotional state is very rarely out of my control because I have been doing this for a long time.

In 2021 I chose to become certified as a coach because I had been so deeply impacted by coaching. By 2023, the vision had changed to be even bigger than it was when I began to practice coaching. At first it was about changing my own life, now it's about changing the collective and society as we know it.

Women have long made so much less money than men because of the systematic oppression of women and limitations put on women in the workplace. The gender pay gap is a real societal crisis that has caused women to be more than 55% more likely to live in extreme poverty than men.

With these facts in mind, and the increasing inability to live and provide financially for women and their families, the vision I received was one of expanding this business to include a collective of women entrepreneurs who would benefit from the structure of having a website already set up, booking services available, and advertisement of their services without the financial barriers thta exist to do so.

As of 2024, we have our own unique EIN which opens many more doors for this business to make the impact that it is designed to make. We are now able to apply for grants and other funding opportunities as they come up.

The world doesn't need another CEO that is a billionaire and has a multi-million dollar home. The world needs more good people to have more resources so that we can make this world a better place for future generations. The world needs another CEO that puts the needs of the team above greed and money-hunger. We ALL need to make a living wage, rather than a few making more than their entire generational line could ever use. Let's normalize equitability in the workplace.

If this is a cause you can get behind, please support my small business by purchasing a ticket to one of our events or signing up for any of our coaching plans. Every ounce of support is greatly appreciated.

My Story

My past is pretty checkered, I won't lie. I have a long history of struggling, which began in my childhood. My parents tried to provide everything that we needed. They really did the best they could, but that meant taht a lot of times we didn't see our mom a lot because she was working so much. Our fatherwas injured in a car accident when we were young and struggled to work for many years. I am the oldest of four kids and at a young age I found myself needing to play "little Mommy" to my sisters because of my mom having to work so much. By the time I was twelve years od my family had experienced a couple of major hardships. We had lost our home and lost everything we owned. We had been robbed of our "Disneyland fund" and a lot of other things. We ended up, when I was twelve, living in the backyard of my best friend's house. This was the first instance of homelessness that I experienced. Little did I know, it would not be the last.

In my twenties, I experienced homelessness one more time. This lasting for a few years. I struggled with alcohol and substance abuse, among other mental health problems. I had been sexually assaulted, molested, and abused in various ways throughout my teens and early twenties. I did not think I could get out of the pattern I was in, and wished to die. I didn't know what to do, so I went to treatment and got help. I began to recover from what I found out was a hopeless spiritual problem. At the age of twenty-nine, I stumbled into the spiritual world of coaching. I had been on a spiritual growth journey for abuot four years at that point, but being thrust into the coaching realm enhanced my growth exponentially.

The next few years were painful as I learned to let go of the old and embrace the new. I found out that I was a gay woman after being single for a few years and staying away from men during that time. Through this process, I realized that we really do not know ourselves until we are ready to see the truth.

What I have found out from all of the struggles that I have faced in my lifetime is that we are all the same. We all suffer from what is called the human condition. This condition is a combination of fear and ego that strikes us all in similar ways. I found out that Alchemy was the only way to overcome this condition. When I learned about Jesus as a n adult, I realized that He practiced Alchemy. So I became passionate about the study of alchemy, adn learning to teach the tools to others.

Looking back, I can see how each and every struggle I experienced has contributed to my passion for equality, equitability, spiritual growth, animals, human rights, and so much more. The truth is that without all of the ife experienes I have had, good and bad, I would not be equipped with the knowledge and ability  that I have now. I am so grateful for the life I have had because I can now empower others with the tools and insights I have gained.

Now that you know me, I would love to get to know you. I am excited to help aid in your transformation. You can have a life beyond your wildest dreams and it starts now
