What do you need to let go of?


Sometimes in our lives we make decisions that we don't even realize that we have made. We don't recognize these decisions until they stop us from doing something that we want to do. If you are reading this right now, you probably hear the term limiting beliefs all the time, and maybe you understand what that means, or maybe you aren't really sure but you think you know, or maybe you just have no idea. Let's break it down.


Limiting beliefs are usually described as beliefs that limit you in one way or another. One of my coaches defines it as something, true or untrue, that limits you from doing something you want to do. What I am learning to do involves the precursor to limiting beliefs. I am actually able to do it for myself now, so that any limiting beliefs that come up, I am able to find the decision behind that belief in my past, and recognize it for what it is, and then look at the situation in a different way.


I have done this process with many limiting beliefs that kept me from seeing opportunities that would have given me what I truly desire.


These decisions are limiting decisions and they can take place during this life, before this life, even during our time in the womb, or they can even be a decision from your genealogical history. This means that at one point during your timeline, you made the decision to believe as you believe because of whatever circumstances were going on at the time.


When is it going to be time to address these limiting decisions?


The only thing that is guaranteed is this moment. Today. If you're so busy taking care of other people or speeding as fast as you can toward a future that is uncertain and not what you want, when did you decide that you are not worthy of getting what you want out of life? Do you want to change it?


If this post hit a spot that made you angry or sad, it is more likely that you are the one who needs this than someone else. Your life will remain the life you aren't happy with until you do something about it. You deserve to be happy and its up to you to take action.
